Install Popfile but don't set any options and don't change your E-mail server settings. The Popfile installation prompts you to do these things, but just skip them. Here's what the guy from Outclass says:

"You should not configure POPFile in any way whatsoever. And you should not change any of your account settings. I cannot emphasize this enough. Outclass merely needs POPFile to be present on your computer. Changing any mail settings or following the POPFile startup guide will only get you into trouble. So do not -- I repeat -- DO NOT do anything other than install POPFile. DO NOT set it to start up automatically and DO NOT change your mail account settings."]

Outclass will be in training mode. After a few weeks of "teaching" Outclass you can take it out of training mode as it will be smart enough to know what's spam and what isn't. It will put the spam in your designated folder and your good mail will be in your inbox.
